For those of you who don’t know, I’ve been following the Couch to 5K program by Cool Running. 🙂 I’m on week 7 out of 9. I’ve got to tell you, it’s been an amazing experience. I’ve learned about what I am capable of, what I can accomplish! 🙂 You see, 7 weeks ago, I could literally only jog for 30 seconds. Truthfully. I would give up. Now, I can run for 25 minutes. I’m so excited! 🙂 it has pushed me to challenge what I believe about who I am and all that I can do when I set mind to it! I’m also so thankful for the ability to move, breathe and feel my heartbeat.
I encourage you to push yourself today too!
